This site was built to have a place to DONATE so people can contribute to Kim Faheys legal expenses, for his apealls process and fines that he is facing.

7/08/11 This morning, Kim Fahey the creater of Phonehenge West was jailed without being sentenced. Judge Daviann Mitchell put off Kim's sentencing for code violations, but ordered him held in lieu of $75,000 bail for disobeying a previous order to tear down his infamous home. The Fahey family is in the process of bailing Kim out of jail but your financial support is needed in the appeals process, which may cost tens of thousands of dollars that Kim and Pat do not have. Any amount that you can afford can make all the difference.

Save Phonehenge West is not a non-profit organization, so you can not claim your donation as tax-exempt, and neither can Kim. We can't achieve non-profit status quickly and Kim needs your help now. You can email Kim at kim@phonehengewest.org
